Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Cape Cod Beach Chair Company Inc. is currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator.

The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with CCBC management to develop and implement marketing strategies and revenue goals for direct to consumer and B2B vertical markets (hospitality, corporate gift and promotion).  The ideal candidate will have strong creative and organizational skills, an engaging and outgoing personality, and be skilled in all things Digital Marketing.  

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee our new initiative with licensed collegiate logo chairs to maximize product visibility and sales to alumni, students, administration, on-campus teams and clubs, parents of students, and athletic team fans via social media, direct sales outreach, and possible on-campus events.  Establish partnerships with campus bookstores as resellers.  Provide sales reporting to licensing agencies.
  • Plan and execute digital advertising by creating compelling photo and video assets, setting up and actively managing targeted Google and Meta campaigns, monitoring analytics and providing reporting on ROAS and overall effectiveness.
  • Create and manage highly segmented Klaviyo email marketing campaigns with a focus on implementing their best practices and monitoring effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular photo and video shoots for both product-specific and lifestyle content to be used in advertisements, email marketing, social media posts, and web site.  Edit and organize in a shared folder.
  • Utilize graphic design skills to create print-ready ads, in-store marketing collateral, CCBC packaging, and web site content.
  • Write compelling blog posts as compelling content to site visitors and for SEO
  • Identify and participate in local and regional events to grow Cape Cod Beach Chair Co's brand presence.
  • Assist with social media management on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and Pinterest channels.
  • Analyze market trends and competition to create effective plans
  • Measure and analyze marketing effectiveness, adjust strategies accordingly
  • Liaise with vendors and external partners for marketing initiatives
  • Assist in retail store operations & sales at CCBC company showroom 2-3 days per week 
  • Represent Cape Cod Beach Chair Company by regularly attending local and regional networking events hosted by chambers of commerce and professional groups.

Experience and Education Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field, and demonstrated experience managing Google and Meta ad campaigns and/or certification.   You should also have several years of experience in sales or marketing, or a related field. Experience working with people, building relationships, and managing teams is also important. 

This position will be a combination of remote/home based work, and on site at the CCBC barn.  The schedule will be flexible, involving some weekends at the shop or in the field at events (particularly during summer and the holiday season).  Candidate must live on Cape Cod.
