Beach Chair Assembly Team

Where the ultimate beach chairs are born.  The heart and soul of our operation, Cape Cod Beach Chair is looking for both full time and/or part time Production staff.  Your primary role is to assemble and package our custom chairs in the workshop of our awesome barn.  If you are able to operate a power drill and like to work with your hands this is easy to learn!  Will also train you on operation of our embroidery machines.  May be asked to occasionally assist with miscellaneous property maintenance jobs, deliver rental paddleboards and kayaks, or help in the storefront.  Ideal candidate will be personable, reliable and hard working, have attention to detail, and be self motivated to work in a fast-paced environment.  Ideal for college students, recent grads, select older high school kids (must have valid drivers license), or anyone looking for a change.  

We are most interested in people who will be on Cape year round.  Although the Cape's busy beach season is in the summer, CCBC remains active all year long shipping chairs around the world.  We love our seasonal staff, but team members able to contribute throughout the year are our current focus.

Starting pay for production staff of $20/hr, with regular raises as skills are established.  Long term managerial opportunities for year round work with advanced pay and benefit structure for the right candidates!  Year round staff receive regular pay increases as skills are established; average $22-25/hr plus year end bonuses.  Eligible for 401k after one year. No experience required- will train!
